These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and BoostPay88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the BoostPay88 website located at https://boostpay88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by BoostPay88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand and accept them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

BoostPay88 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related services to eligible users in Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other parts of the country.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on BoostPay88, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

• The User must be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. BoostPay88 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• The User must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily, without being under duress or the influence of substances that impair judgment.
• The User must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by BoostPay88 or by any responsible gambling programme.
• The User must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of BoostPay88 or any affiliated company, game supplier, or payment processing partner.
• The User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• The User must agree to and comply with all applicable terms, rules, and policies of BoostPay88 at all times.

Registration on BoostPay88 is free of charge. To create an account, Users are required to provide accurate personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. Users agree to keep all registration information current and accurate.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In order to process withdrawals and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations, BoostPay88 may at any time request that a User complete the KYC verification process. Users will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing account holder name).

BoostPay88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account functionality, or close an account entirely if a User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

4.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BoostPay88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

By using the BoostPay88 Platform, you agree to abide by the following terms of acceptable use. These rules exist to protect the integrity of our platform, the safety of our players, and the fairness of all games and betting markets.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Users may access the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Users may place bets and wagers using their own funds, from their own registered account.
• Users may participate in all promotions and loyalty programmes for which they are eligible under the applicable promotion terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BoostPay88 and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Engaging in any form of collusive play, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or technical glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your BoostPay88 account;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or distribute any content or data from the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BoostPay88 staff members or other players.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

BoostPay88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BoostPay88 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. Please refer to the deposit page for current minimums.
• BoostPay88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to the User's account instantly upon confirmed receipt by our payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name and previously used for a deposit on the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• BoostPay88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Users who have received bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

BoostPay88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotional page.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited to a User's account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• BoostPay88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by eligible Users.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

BoostPay88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes. Where bonus abuse is detected, BoostPay88 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals of bonus-derived funds, and permanently close the accounts involved.

7.3 Referral Programme

Members who refer a friend to BoostPay88 and whose friend successfully registers and makes a qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive a referral reward of up to MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the terms of the referral programme in force at the time. Referral rewards may not be earned through self-referral or through the creation of fictitious accounts.

All betting and gaming activity on BoostPay88 is subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

8.1 Sports Betting

• BoostPay88 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, international football, and other global sporting events.
• All odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted at a specific price will be honoured at that price unless the bet is deemed void under the applicable market rules.
• BoostPay88 reserves the right to void bets that are placed after an event has commenced unless the bet is offered as a live in-play market.
• Where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours, all pre-match bets on that event shall be voided and stakes returned.

8.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and instant games, are operated by third-party game studios under independent licensing arrangements.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed on the game information page. BoostPay88 does not alter the RTP of any hosted game.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, BoostPay88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Bets or winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they can lose over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automated reminders that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

All content on the BoostPay88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of BoostPay88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from BoostPay88;
• Use any automated systems to extract or scrape data from the Platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoostPay88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, BoostPay88 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability, including but not limited to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods;
• Any losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any losses arising from game malfunctions or technical errors, except where BoostPay88's own negligence is directly and solely responsible;
• Losses incurred as a result of a User's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Losses resulting from the User's own gambling decisions, outcomes, or strategies.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BoostPay88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

12.1 Suspension by BoostPay88

BoostPay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a User's account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• BoostPay88 suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity in connection with the account;
• The User's identity verification documents are found to be false, altered, or belonging to a different person;
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age;
• BoostPay88 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the BoostPay88 support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising between BoostPay88 and a User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve such dispute through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution. BoostPay88's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to the User's right to escalate through the formal dispute resolution process above.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
